Turning Off The Faucet

A state lawmaker in Pennsylvania says illegal immigration is an issue that affects everyone, from the federal level all the way down to local communities.

"Immigration is, certainly, 100% a federal issue but I think what we have going on in our nation is an illegal alien invasion," says Pennsylvania State Representative Daryl Metcalfe.

Metcalfe was in Charleston on Monday to join in a rally involving a number of West Virginia state lawmakers. "It's really incumbent upon us as officeholders at all levels of government to work together to bring an end to the illegal alien invasion," he says.

Metcalfe has formed a group called State Legislators for Legal Immigration.

That group has worked up draft legislation that he says lawmakers in states like West Virginia can use to tackle illegal immigration in a number of ways at the state level.

"To go after the economic incentives, to shut down employers, to go after their business licenses that are issued by state or local governments if they are employing illegals, to require residency checks for anybody who is signing up for public benefits and trying to take advantage of those systems," says Metcalfe.

He says there are a number of ways to turn off, what he calls, the economic faucet and the situations that attract illegal workers in the first place.

Well said...great post.

The problem here in California is that to pass on that message to most districts, there would have to be a Spanish translator.

A-m-e-n.

When not (1) killing Americans in traffic accidents, or in schoolyards, or,(2) sucking up US benefits under several identities.... five million fraudulent home mortgages are held by illegal aliens, according to news reports.

Toxic mortgages contributed to the subprime mortgage/market meltdown (and economic disaster for Americans).

The problem began when invading Mexicans forced US banks to give them mortgages using stolen SS nos and forged borrower ID's. Illegals got multiple mortgages which they defaulted on (after flipping the homes back and forth to relatives and friends for big profits). The thieves then returned to Mexico pocketing massive profits.........leaving banks high and dry to be bailed out by Americans.

One illegal was arrested in Tucson, Arizona, after allegedly using several stolen SS nos to fraudulently buy houses and rack up over $780,000 in bad debt. This scam goes on in every state invaded by illegals.

You’re automatically a racist for reporting that. While drunk illegals slay more Americans than Islamic fanatics can hope for they get a “bye” from liberals and their tools in the press corps. Lord forbid anyone recognize that most of the Mestizos cannot handle alcohol due to an inherited gene (because that would be racist).

Actually I envision the Democrats passing out free whiskey, tequila and cerveza to their new buds for their votes with no care at all for those peoples’ inherited weakness. Just like the old Land Baron days with the native Indians. The Dems already have the couch-riders fired up about the first black President doling out even more earner’s money.

I’m boggled that so many Americans of Latino descent, having earned their way up honorably, are throwing their vote to a pissant Socialist scumbag who hates practically everything they were brought up to honor and respect. A con man with no substance whatsoever who NEVER worked a hard day in his life presuming to speak for the working class. And I note Democrats ask no questions at all - they seem to take marching orders like the worst regimes in modern history. Bad history may be repeating itself.
