Boos from the upper deck early, quickly drowned out by cheers - overall positive reception. Patriotic music blaring throughout, presumably to drown out boos. Piper was stylin' in a tiny Flyers jersey.

the ice level camera shot on one of the Youtubes show a background of people thumbs-downing and booing their lungs out. That is the entire backdrop, no one with a positive response. This is an embarrassment to the theme that it is MCCain supporters who are angry.
That is what I was told by some one who was at the game..
Maybe we can find some more eye witnesses. The media is going to exaggerate the negative

Looking forward to seeing how full the Richmond International Arena will be tomorrow at Sarah's rally! The McCain campaign had to get a larger venue due to ticket demands and the only place they could get was the arena. The campaign said they didn't expect to fill the 100,000 capacity arena, but do expect a large crowd. I hope the place is packed! I live 14 hours away, or I would be there! Spread the word if you know supporters in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, DC who might live within a manageable driving distance to Richmond!
