EXCLUSIVE:
At the same time the Bush administration was negotiating a still elusive agreement to keep the U.S. military in Iraq, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama tried to convince Iraqi leaders in private conversations that the president shouldn't be allowed to enact the deal without congressional approval.
I am worried. When Obama takes office Jan 2009, the liberal fat cats will rule this country. Nothing will be illegal for the democrats. The border to this country will be wide open. Everything will be free for the people that do nothing for this country. Fraud will be even more in the open then it is now. You can forget voting them out. The new 3rd world residences that flood our shores will overwhelm your vote. We will forever be a third world country.

Obama needs to be tried for treason for this.He won't be. Jean-Fraud Kerry wasn't even prosecuted for negotiating privately with the North Vietnamese, with whom we were actually at war (not a nominally friendly country like Iraq), while he was still in the U.S. Navy--flagrant treason.

What Obama did, many congress critters with a (D) after their names have done in the past. It is a pre-requisite to be a Democrat.
Their leftist constituents demand it!
Nothing will come of this, anymore than his relationships with Odinga, Ayers, Wright, and Acorn or the fact that he can not produce a birth certificate!
Free passes on all indiscretions, legal or illegal, have always been an elected Democrat's birthright!!

Is this a violcation of the LOGAN ACT? Should not Obama be up for impeachment (as a US Senator)?

It’s a clear violation of the Logan act.

You will have Pelosi and Reid running America. The market will not like that at all.
