In 1984 Democratic presidential candidate Jesse Jackson met with Cuban president Fidel Castro and later described a ten-point agreement the two had reached. His negotiations with Castro may have violated the Logan Act, but Jackson was not prosecuted.

Kenya/Oding Campaign ( on the US taxpayer dollar), influence to bring Kenya under Sharia Law contrary to US Policy.
Influencing the Iraq Governement contary to US policy.
I wonder what advice his CAIR lawyers have given him on the Loagan Act?( He has a CAIR lawyer defending him in the Pennsylvania Fed Court in a case brought by Attorney Berg, claiming that Obama is not a natiral born citizen, unqualified for President.)
