This is a delight. Palin turned the NY Times attempt to run cover for Obama into a perfect attack. While they were watching to record a flub they accidentally reported the news. lol

Has Gov. Palin been invited to visit freerepublic? They could save some campaign dollars to spend on advertising in battleground states by coming here for valuable info and ideas.

From the Obama Campaign: Hari Sevugan, a spokesman for the Obama campaign, fired back almost immediately in a statement: “Governor Palin’s comments, while offensive, are not surprising, given the McCain campaign’s statement this morning that they would be launching Swiftboat-like attacks in hopes of deflecting attention from the nation’s economic ills. In fact, the very newspaper story Governor Palin cited in hurling her shameless attack made clear that Senator Obama is not close to Bill Ayers, much less ‘pals,’ and that he has strongly condemned the despicable acts Ayers committed 40 years ago, when Obama was eight. What’s clear is that John McCain and Sarah Palin would rather spend their time tearing down Barack Obama than laying out a plan to build up our economy.”

Bor-ing pap....

I met a girl from Delaware today who is a Biden fan. She was mocking Sarah Palin, so I casually geve her the facts about Biden’s not knowing that the Vice President is the President of the Senate = after 36 years of saying “Mr” or “Madame” President every time he utterered a word in the Senate Chamber. Who did he think that his “colleague” with the gavel was representing as the President “pro tem” of the Senate?

I hope I gave her something to think about!

Obama wants to be Commander in Chief and of course ,
he has no problem associating with terrorists ( Mr and Mrs Ayers ) who tried to blow up American soldiers.
I and I’m sure McCain and Palin could never stand to be in the same room with Ayers,
let alone sit across from him at a six seat table for years and years strategizing on how to funnel money to ACORN and the PLO.
And I sure as heck would never enter the bum’s house.
Or break pita with him.

I would like to see Sarah do a slide show ala an “Inconvenient Truth” about the Rise of the Obama and the dangers therein. Would that be a nice sharp stick or what?

But the two men do not appear to have been close.

Ayers sponsored Obama's entry into politics. They served together on two separate boards for years. And they spent 150 million dollars together, on what?

So to pretend they merely bumped into one another while walking their dogs is humorous. But there is no reason to buy it.

“There is a lot of interest, I guess, in what I read and what I’ve read lately. Well, I was reading my copy of today’s New York Times and I was interested to read about Barack’s friends from Chicago.

“I get to bring this up not to pick a fight, but it was there in the New York Times, so we are gonna talk about it. Turns out one of Barack’s earliest supporters is a man who, according to the New York Times, and they are hardly ever wrong, was a domestic terrorist...

BRILLIANT TURNAROUND

Below is link to info on Scott Shane, the NYT reporter who has just written an apologia/inoculation for Obama in regard to Bill Ayers - and of which, of course, media outlets have pantingly embraced.

It seems that Mr. Shane of the NYT has had previous experience in the apologia business: including that for JOE WILSON of PLAME fame.
