Interesting way of phrasing it:
The plan failed on a 228-205 vote. Republicans voted 65-133 against the bailout, while Democrats voted 140-95 to pass it.

So R = 65 no , 133 yes
D = 95 no , 140 yes
So a R no = a D yes?!
I'm confused...

I called Boehner’s office to inquire why he voted Aye. Then I let the guy have it. I could tell he had been hearing this all day.
