What was this incomprehensible response to Couric? I don’t watch CBS.

“Mr. Biden’s 35 years in the Senate dwarf Ms. Palin’s single month of experience on the national stage..”

######

1) That is an apples to oranges comparison. Typical of talentless journalists of limited intelligence.

2) I would take any high school graduate with 10 years of experience running a grocery store over an Ivy League law school graduate with 100 years of Senatorial experience.

Word to Sarah Palin: Get in his head, and under his skin.

It can’t take much to bufuddle him into shooting himself in the foot, probably with both barrels...

Sarah MUST keep the upperhand....she must not kowtow to him...she must refer to him as Senator ONLY if he refers to her as Governor....

she must make clean swift commanding statements.....even after taking a good long breath....

Ignore? Okay, do it.

Note to Gov. Palin: He's flying blind. Take him out.

Joe won’t be able to ignore Palin. No amount of prep can change a lifetime of sticking his foot in his mouth and making reckless comments. Asking Joe to contain himself is like asking water not to be wet.

I think if he catches her glance, she should wink or bat her eyelashes. ;)

Governor Palin is a good debater and she'll know how to handle Biden no matter what his tactics will be.

I think we'll see her responding in a "common sense" fashion to a lot of issues. You'll be surprised how well that will go over, as most of the politicians in Washington do not actually have common sense, Biden certainly among them.

And wasn’t it Obama’s people who were complaining McCain never looked at him?

Heh heh....I hope Biden tries this strategy. You see, this is EXACTLY what her two opponents in the Republican gubernatorial debate attempted to do, and she absolutely cleaned both of their clocks. If you haven’t seen the video, you should check it out.

Maybe Joe can channel a Rat ex-president form the 80’s like JFK. You know, like when JFK was posting videos on YouTube.

I hope all of y’all realize the Biden family has part of the nation since the very beginning. His great, great, great grand father got off the plane at Plymouth Rock, you know.

McCain doesn't need to fling zingers at Obama to win debates, but I'd certainly support Sarah Palin tossing two or three Biden's way. It will enrage the libs, they will continue to go ballistic on Sarah, and McCain will float above it all.

It's much easier to strategize for Palin than it is for McCain.

I`m probably posting too much tonight but I have to say one more thing...I am surrounded by Obamabots and they are all VERY sure and VERY smug that Biden will trounce her. I think they may be in for a little surprise. Ever notice how good these kooks are at falling into traps?

All Sarah has to do is be herself, and she’ll win.
Ditto for Biden, and he’ll lose.
What I’d like to see is Biden turn this into the Joe Biden show, like he did the Anita Hill hearings, where every “answer” to a question is shot through with endlessly circling digressions folding on each other, all the while getting deeper and deeper into self-amusement, self-regard, and premature self-congratulation. Unfortunately, I think he’ll be better prepared, and given lots of handcrafted (by the hands of others) soundbites, all written down on index cards. Sarah should still win, by the clarity and simplicity of her answers, and her own sincerity.

I hope he does try to ignore the conservative warrioress from Alaska. It will be interpreted as chauvinistic and sexist, thereby guaranteeing more votes from undecided women.

Having said that, she's not going to let him ignore her. In fact, I'll bet the female moderator will not let him.

“His goal is to ignore Palin and ...” let Gwen bring her down.

Gwen can be set for life with a few snears, inflections and rolled eyes- and it’ll all be quite natural.
