My money is on the way, I just got a mailing from his campaign. We do need to get rid of that pompous ass to pay him back for his hatred and smearing of our Marines.
What’s so sad is Diana Irey, and now apparently Bill Russell, have had to accomplish what they have with no support from that backstabber Bob Gleason - PA Republican Party Chairman. If Bill pulls this off, in addition to my sheer joy at Murtha getting his dues, I will make it a point to rub Gleason’s face in it.
Demographics have changed here in Murtha’s district. As manufacturing jobs left in the 1980’s and 90’s this area is becoming much white collar and much more Republican. Washington county is now a haven from the high taxes and endless road construction in Allegheny county.
