Last I checked, it was the Harvard-and-Yale-educated elite that just decimated the financial sector and put dumb working Americans on the hook for over a trillion dollars.

They cashed out first, leaving us holding the bag. Maybe they are smarter.

Smarter in a vastly more cynical manner, I agree. McCain needs to connect the two concepts - the elite tell us in minute detail how to lead our lives as they ignore or remove constraints on their own actions. And after they’ve made their coin and the economy is going down the tubes, they stick working stiffs with the tab. THAT should be McCain’s take on the economy - vote for Obama and the Dems, and we’ll just do this again soon.
