We made the mistake of allowing ourselves to be acquired by another one when our black and white tuxedo cat named Rorschach passed away in March.

We saw our new cat, at the shelter with his brother (who hid under some equipment and refused to come out) but he was a bold terror, and we chose him. Here we are on the day we picked him up...

Here he watches my FR screen for any responses, hoping he can answer them in my place before I get back to my seat...

Sigh. I guess the rule of thumb is to not have two members of the super-cat race under your roof at the same time...:)

Your supercat is adorable! And I love his feet.

He sounds a lot like my Finbar. Finbar was a five-month old stray when he marched into my house one day in 2000 as I got home from work and proceeded to take over.

He is also willful and very full of mischief.

But he is very affectionate and sometimes exfoliates my face with his tongue while purring so loudly you can hear him in the next county.

I wouldn't have him any other way. :)

P.S. Rorschach is a great name for a tuxedo cat.

Yes...Rorschach was a good, faithful and gentle cat. Never bit, never used his claws. He was forced to be the non-dominant cat, first by one yellow cat, then by another yellow cat, but managed to maintain his personality.

He was a good and faithful pet. I do miss him.

Ah heck. This thread wasn't about my cats...but look, here I am. Okay, I'll stop now...:)
