Per a contact with the DOJ, an investigation will begin into the group who hacked into Sarah Palins email and posted messages on the internet. Intercept of private email communication - even of a public figure - is a federal offense. Not only can the original hackers be charged, but all those who posted the messages as well. The website Gawker may be in further trouble for going beyond the email to post pics from the Palins personal message box, as well as other personal information that may be afoul of laws dealing with identity theft.

God help the Zero if this ends up on his doorstep. How will DNC-TV spin that one?

No doubt the results will be expected after the election only to determine that the hackers have crossed their trail so well that its impossible to determine who did it.

Didn’t one of the PUMA site report that the original post about Trig Palin being Bristol’s baby was traced to a company owned by Zero’s campaign manager?

Why bother?
If democrat - no prosecution.

SO this confirms it was Gov. Palin’s account?
‘Intercept of private email communication - even of a public figure - is a federal offense’
Is that true? A felony? It's not ‘hers’, but Yahoos account. Interesting.

You can bet your life savings the DNC Network will come up with a spin. The Messiah has a cast of hundreds standing by to handle these types of screw-ups. There wasn't supposed to be a DOJ investigation - some heads will roll.

What’s funny is, looking at the emails in Gawkr, it shows Palin to be the exact same type of person in private that she is in public, with the same importance to life issues, etc. This will just help our side rally to her.. lol..

Why bother? If democrat - no prosecution. This is pretty cut and dry. There will be a presecution if they can link it. Besides even sites that simply post the info can get into trouble.

What are you referring to? I found nothing about Captain’s Quarters either at the link or the site being investigated.
