That's what this thread is about. Obama and the DNC have until Sept. 24th to comply, and the Federal Election Commission has until Oct. 21st.
The case is slowly chugging forward. Because of the news blackout from both the mainstream media and most alternative media, I just check the ObamaCrimes website every so often, or doe a FR keyword search for birthcertificate or something.

He seems to me to be a left-wing version of Larry Klayman (Judicial Watch). Once he gets an idea into his head, he goes around suing anyone in sight.

This suit seems like a collusion between Democrats to take this issue off the table. Berg will only pretend to prosecute and will intentionally lose; then forever after the Democrats will claim that a federal court has decided that Obama is qualified under the Constitution to be President. Just the fact that the suit was brought in Philadelphia and a jury trial demanded is suspicious.
If the Republicans are smart, some Republican organization will join the suit to prevent collusion. Even better, file another suit in another jurisdiction and try to have them consolidated somewhere other than Philadelphia, DC, or San Francisco.
