MTV - the liberal youth TV network that sneers at traditional values and sexual modesty. The Richard Brands of the world wouldn't be allowed to offend Americans if more social conservatives stood up to them. The culture needs to be reclaimed for families and faith, not allowed to remain an outlet for debauchery and and the coarsening of our culture. We can say enough is enough to that - and to MTV, too.

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus

I think that chap must have still had Bon Jovi’s giggle stick in his mouth. Who was the little creep? Is he that GEICO lizard?

"Where virgins go to die"

No sweat. They're scheduled to throw the switch on that Super Collider thingy at 12:15 AM PDT. And for some reason, no one is allowed in the tunnel. 2 hrs 55 min and counting.

Why do the cable companies force us to have MTV?

Give cable customers a choice and MTV is history.

Brand's obscene performance thrilled the critics. "Russell Brand is a bad, bad boy. Thank the punk saints for that!" gushed the Los Angeles Times. "Brand's banter, overflowing with outr political statements juvenile sex jokes and relentless mockery of the well-groomed pop stars surrounding him, was totally, deliriously in the spirit of transgressive rock and roll." "Many commentators," noted Entertainment Weekly, "thought Brand was hilarious and spoke truth to power."

What utter BS. I didn't watch the show, but from reports it sounds like the essence of conformity.

I saw a clip of this guy on FOX. What a sleazy looking little weasel he is. The boy is a real mess. He came across to me as though he wasn’t right in the head.

This is precisely one of the major reasons I canceled my Entertainment Weekly subscription nearly six years ago: They not only showed their political bias but the pro Homosexual agenda was shoved in readers' faces on a regular basis.

Shapiro left out one of Brand's most specious slanders towards Sarah Palin, her daughter Bristol and boyfriend Levi Johnston - perhaps due to rage and disgust. In any case, he is spot on about MTV, Paramount, and Viacom, the corporate entity that owns this crass and classless 'music' channel. As I mentioned before, it makes me all the more happier that I no longer shell out $50 + dollars to Cox Communications to pump this bilge into my home.

The show is rank. It truly is. Condom companies probably invest heavily in it but the cheap commentary, the surly poses makes it for more than unwholesome watching. I almost want to wretch went I see it. I think could they not have a musical genius on that show for once to to show what excellence and greatness is all about. They exposes kids to crass stupidity and tell them this is great, marvelous, wondrous to behold or listen to. The kids can't really say it's not anything because their coolness dries up, they get scared or they just don’t know better. It's not balanced commentary — like watching Olbermann in a bath tub and while Matthews is shaving his legs... toilet humor. Unbalanced infantile moronic banter that trains the kiddies to become unhinged Democrats in the end. If they had some real circus clowns and a horse show kids would actually tune in and love it. But no. Not to happen soon. MTV is like that piece of garbage that is trapped in your sink drain and it is blocking every thing up. Well, that's what garbage does and that's how kids minds are being filled with crap and nothing good can get in. Even the Mickey Mouse Club is bad with those French kissing skanks Mad Cow Madonna and the other two girly sex bunny (your crotch is showing, again) twits. I blame the sponsors and parents. It's really that terrible.

Paris Hilton, of all people, criticized Russell Brand over his remarks.

If Paris Hilton thinks you are offensive, then you really are offensive beyond words.
