MSNBC drops Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews from anchor chair... David Gregory will anchor news coverage of the coming debates and election night.... Developing...
Darn shame they didn’t drop them from every chair.
they see the numbers...
Soon to be working full-time on the Obama campaign?
If GE ever ran it for profit they would be getting pink slips.
There Is a God.
I would pay good money to see their chairs pulled out from under them. And the hits just keep on coming.
Hopefully they dropped them on their heads.
details from NY Times...blurring line between journalism
and opinion
Why not toss the anchor overboard and at least keep the boat from going adrift?
I was hoping they would drop the chair on them
Mr Capus, I'm going to assume that this petulant little whine of yours quoted in an LA Times story is correct:
I really do take exception to it, NBC News President Steve Capus said. These terms get thrown around in an awfully cavalier way, and they're incredibly damaging. We're in the business where words matter, and those are awfully, awfully strong accusations.
Poor, poor Mr. Capus, it's just too bad if the truth hurts. Either you're completely ignorant of the kind of organization you run, or you're a complete liar.
Neither option is very attractive, but I'm strongly inclined towards the latter.
As the ring-master for Chris Tingly Leg Matthews and Keith Im sure glad Russerts out of the way Olbermann, perhaps you may need to rethink your denial of gross bias when these two are the biggest clowns in your shabby circus.
Or maybe you should save your protestations for Dan Rather; I'm sure he'd sympathize.
One last thing: As you might have guessed, I'm no longer watching NBC News and MSNBC. And from now on, I'll be giving up NBC prime-time programming and NBC sports, and pretty much everything and anything associated with NBC. NBC is network non grata in my home, and I hope, the homes of many other Americans as well.
Sincerely wishing your ratings tank, etc.
It seems that I was not the only one to contact Mr. Capus.
If anyone else would like to contact Mr. Capus, his email address is:
Dolberman is one of the most unbearable and vile character around. Whomever they replace him with will be an improvement.
I hope said chair was at least 300 ft high.
Couldn’t happen to two nicer people
As if Mr. "International" will do any better by the GE brand.
Must be "stuck up dweeb" day at NBC Human Resources.
They must be delusional over there. They think David Gregory is a Republican shill...
ROFLMAO!!! They think David Gregory is a REPUBLICAN SHILL!!!! These people are delusional..they use profanity and they don’t even have basic facts correct. What a joke!
They had Youngerboy on NBC football pre-game, which I promptly turned off. Watched the game however as my Bears beat the Colts!
