Yes, it is time for Joe to get that medical check up, where he discovers he's developed some unforseen medical condition that will require him to drop out.

"Hasta la vista, Biden.... " I predicted that, giving a timeline of one week, which came Friday, with no announcement. I still stand by the prediction, but not the deadline. (I also said that it would be to allow the one to pick a woman or Hillary.)
