It was in San Diego the afternoon before the 1984 election.

I can just hear the Democratic spin machine - “Those 12,000 people only showed up at the McCain rally to jeer and boo the Republican nominee for President”.
Then, thinking the microphone had been turned off “I only wish we could get John and Sarah to write our stump speeches for us”.
Poor Obama....he’s already a footnote in the history books. OK, maybe a paragraph.

That was probably because the venue was small and there were 12,000 lined up outside to get in! Did NBC forget to report on that?

BTTT. My husband, lived in Colorado for years. He said the liberals were ruining the state. Looks like the conservatives are making a come back.
