VP hopeful Palin attended 5 colleges in 6 years
Dear God no it can’t be true.
Let’s see if this is true and if so, whether it will impact her in any way.
So? I attended 4 different colleges in three years. Working folks going through school often take classes they need that fit their schedule where they can get it.
This could be looked at as a plus- it shows perseverance.
Hey I think that’s about what I did. Actually I may have done 5 in the first four of my eight years.
So? I doubt it was because she flunked out.

Federal privacy laws prohibit the schools from disclosing her grades, and none of the schools contacted by The Associated Press could say why she transferred. There was no indication any of them were contacted as part of the background investigation of Palin by presidential candidate John McCain’s campaign.
“Our office was not contacted by anyone,” said Tania Thompson, spokeswoman for the University of Idaho in Moscow.
Palin, the governor of Alaska, was born in Idaho. Her family moved when she was only a few months old to Alaska, where she was raised.
She began college at Hawaii Pacific University, a private, nonsectarian school in Honolulu. She attended only as a freshman during the fall of 1982, school spokeswoman Crystale Lopez said.
Then known as Sarah Louise Heath, she was in the business administration program as a full-time student, Lopez said.
“We’re trying to track down someone who knew her,” Lopez added.

A great many liberals attended one college and are still there 30 or 40 years later.

Unless the media can prove she was thrown out in disgrace from four of the alleged colleges the way The Swimmer was thrown out of Harvard for cheating on a Spanish exam, there is no scandal here that I can see.
This is called perseverance and sticking to it. It seemed like she moved a lot but stuck to school. I am glad they dug this up, this really does show strong character to stick to this and keep going. It is easy to get papered through Harvard, she faced college like most of us did.

Rumor here is that she attended North Idaho College for her associates and then University of Idaho for her Bachelors. Nothing strange there at all.
Sounds like somebody working their way through school to me. I attended four colleges to get my degree, working my way through the last three. Not everybody gets a smooth ride at an Ivy.
