That would be the ‘Sure-kill Expressway’...and I agree, because of it, Philly definitely deserves an honarable mention...

The not only killed the School/Schul, they killed the orphanage and the old folk's home via said highway!
I-95 is OK, unless there is construction (which seems to be everyday in Filthadelphia).
