My Mom is at the convention and the word is that the “bleach like substance” is urine.
Considering the antecedents of the collective contributors, any body fluids whatsoever would have to be considered a hazardous material.
(Yes, I know that fresh urine from a healthy human is technically sterile... there's just too many caveats with this lot of professional haters.)
