That was my first (legal) election. It hardly seems all that long ago...
We had a mock election in school. Luckily I couldn’t spell “Perot” so I stuck with Bush.
I am told that my great aunt campaigned for Perot. Odd woman. She would never let me sit on her white couch, but a least she always gave me a Dr. Pepper.
