Get fish oil in enteric capsules that don't break down till they get to the small intestine. That way they don't have an aftertaste.

For anyone interested, Costco Kirkland brand is the best I have found. Very potent and the capsule is enteric so absolutely “No burp”.

I try to make sure the fish oil is not rancid, and keep it in the fridge. Seems to help with the burps.
