I bought some fish oil tablets several years ago. Somebody told me to put them in my freezer (so you wouldn’t get a fishy aftertaste) and they’ve been there ever since! lol!

I just ‘fished’ them out of my freezer. I wonder if they’re still ok to take. Do you have to take them with meals, or just with water?

I’m 53. I guess I’d better start taking this kind of stuff seriously!

They will thaw, be ok. My sis takes 3 @ 1000 mg for depression and ‘brain fog.’ My husband saw a great article on Fish Oil at his cardiologists — said it was good for cholesterol, good for arrhythmias, depression, joint aches. What else? This cardiologist poo=poos most herbal things, but he is a big proponent of FO. My friend takes it and her hair is just beautiful, healthy, shiny. Carlson’s is supposed to be the best.
