I don't know if it's the Omega-3, but my husband has had 3 colds in a little over 2 months, and I have NOT caught them! :)
Now he's started taking the Omega-3 :)
I also take Niacin.
So do I, along with 2 caps a day of red yeast rice. All the research I've done leads to this trio (Omega oil, red yeast rice, niacin)as a synergistic complex that has not only lowered my cholesterol from 248 to 175 but raised my HDL (good chol) to 78....way over the norm; my doctor is astounded...and told me to keep doing it.
