I read that omega 6 is not so good. Anyone know if there’s any truth to this.

I think it's more complicated than that; it has to do with the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. Taking fish oil helps correct the Omega 3/6 imbalance present in many modern diets.
Someone told me you cannot overdo it — If you could, of course, the Norwegians would be dying left and right. hahah.
