Or during W inauguration when Bubba had a rally before boarding the helicopter? I'll never forgive that bastard for intruding on W celebration day!

It's one more piece of evidence that the McCain campaign is a war room masquerading as a presidential campaign. What a wuss. He just can't stand it when someone messes with his perfectly staged moment. I think we have found his weak spot. The devil hates to be mocked.

accusing their counterparts of playing political gamesNOOOOO! Say it ain't so! What the heck does Obambi think this is - kindergarden recess? Of COURSE they're playing political games! Obambi is a moron.

Sounds good to me, this country needs a strong dose of realizing what can happen versus thinking everyone will follow “politically correct” rules. The Obama camp wants the fairy tale sandbx to play in.

I suppose an air crash or train wreck would be also distracting.

Hum, I don’t recall talks of “political malpractice” when Perot dropped out right before Clinton’s acceptance speech in 92.

Just because McCain doesn’t currently have any mortgages doesn’t mean he couldn’t have 8 of them by next month.

When McCain chooses a VP he is likely to get a bump in the polls. If this coincides with the Obama speech, it would look like Obama lost ground when he should have gained it. Personally I think “leaking” the VP tonight is a brilliant move.

The unqualified socialist Obama has committed political malpractice by running for President without accomplishing anything.

McCain should do a head fake, let CNN leak, lets say “Lieberman”, than come out with the real one....just to screw them over.
To: chaos_5
John McCain should call a 10:30pm press conference for tonight related to his VP pick, and he could use that conference to announce that he isn’t going to leak the name tonight because he doesn’t want to step on Obama’s revival meeting.

“”Tonight would be political malpractice,” Obama communications chief Dan Pfeiffer told Politico. “It’s one more piece of evidence that the McCain campaign is a war room masquerading as a presidential campaign.””
If a campaign isn’t “war”, then what IS it?
Political warfare, that is.
You fight, and fight to win.
And - as in war - sometimes the tricks can get dirty. That’s what it TAKES to win.
If Obama’s advisors - who would certainly continue to advise him as a president - don’t understand such fundamentals, how much “war” are they going to be willing to wage after he becomes president?
Oh, right, I forgot.
They will wage unrestricted war, on our culture and on mainstream Americans!
