4. This event starts the Gog/Magog war with Russia getting involved. China, India, and Pakistan are wild cards and could use this time to resolve their own issues.
5. Peace treaty is drafted and approved by Israel.

Also keep in mind that Israel may soon discover oil on its proper land (not west bank, Gaza, or Golan) this could give more incentive for the Arab world to attack, as their oil supplies may not hold over the next 50 years.
Everyone here not familiar with the Old Testament Book do read all of Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 to get educated on this Biblical prophecy concerning the latter years attack on Israel by the current Russia alliance of nations banding together referred to in Ezekiel.
There are also some reports of Saddam sending many 737s to Syria in 2002 under the guise of “humanitarian relief”. Many in the media and elite assume that chemical weapons need to be a giant missile or bomb, while it could easily just be the chemicals themselves. each 737 if gutted could easily hold 1,000s of gallons of chemical agents.

I believe something significant is going to happen before we get a new President. I don’t know what that is but I’ve been suggesting folks get 30 days worth of bottled water and food. Doesn’t cost much and you can always give it away to your church if nothing happens. Perhaps I’m wrong but I don’t trust Pooty-Poot at all.

I agree. That’s why I think Gog-Magog of Ezek 38 comes first. I personally don’t think Gog is the Antichrist (not saying you do).
It could. The timing of Syria is iffy. The reason I think it may occur before is because Israel thinks she is safe. She could still wipe out the carrier even at that. Compare the wording of the two events (Damascus and Gog). It is very similar. I think they are definitely closely tied together.
Gog is not the AC, I agree. I have some interesting ideas of who that might be, but am certainly in no way dogmatic about it. I don’t think we will know until that treaty is signed, and I’m not planning on being here.

Maybe some left-overs from 1991. Though Saddam was trying to get stuff going again, certainly, in the mid-1990’s.
Syria had a lot of weapons by even the late 1990’s. Afez Assad died on the 33rd anniversary of the end of the Six Day War. June 10, 2000 if memory serves. If he had lived longer there’s no telling what might have happened.
Bashear Assad (sp) seems to be following in his footsteps though. As 2006 and 2007 proved. Syria’s been ready with this barrage for a long time. I just wonder what the shelf-life of those missiles is.

Mate, Syria is too close to Israel to nuke it. The winds will bring the radioactive mess into Israel. Its more likely that Israel will nuke Iran than Syria.

Since hostilities had not commenced, and given the political climate, I would have been surprised to see the admin. attack the convoy without having its diplomatic ducks in a row.

I can see the first 4 having occurred or occurring at a moment’s notice. Once Russia is hit in 4), I can see items 5-9 occuring within a 7-8 year time period.
I can see Hillary turning Babylon into a rebuilt WTC to house all international commerce and for some reason she has always struck me as meeting the criterion of the whore of Babylon, although many students of Prophecy correlate that term with perhaps NYC or a country. Then again that is just newspaper exegesis which is historically mistaken.
