New York Times Co. said Tuesday that its July revenue from continuing operations fell 10.1 percent this year as advertising revenue slipped 16.2 percent. Overall revenue dropped to $235.9 million in July from $262.3 million in July 2007, the publisher said.

First, McCain wins in November, ensuring Republicans running the Justice Department in 2009-10.
Second, the Justice Department, sometime between November 5 and January 20, files charges against the NYT's Editor, Board, and Chairman (Putz, I mean Pinch, Sulzberger) for the crime of treason for willingly revealing the details of two secret NSA programs. Charges filed in this interval so McCain is not responsible.
Now, I'm really happy. The only drama left after that is whether the board, and the chairman, are fired before or after the outcome of the trial. And, if the NYT doesn't plead guilty but fights the indictment, then we get the pleasure of watching the NYT spend $50 million each year in legal costs.
Finally, after sacking Pinch and the rest of the Board, the newly constituted Board sells the remnants of the company to Rupert Murdoch.
That, my friend, is a great story. That, my friend, is what I'd like to see.
Pinch at his best:
Once again....Hooray!

Gosh, Ya have to wonder what woman hit Pinch in the eye.
Maybe the liberal editors and friends thought they could be communists and keep all of their paychecks.
