Just like a cow enclosed within an electric fence, the cow will push underneath the wire to get to the green grass and test to see if the fence is working or not. The Democrats and Muslims are pushing forward and just testing to see if anyone or anything will care. They will keep pushing constantly and consistently until they become aggressive and get what they want or are turned back.
