no, but nearly every company in the world wants access to the chinese market. Ignoring a growing market with over a billion folks isn’t a fungibility issue, especially if your competitors want in as well.

Not suprising since China moves at a glacier pace if at all towards change and openess. Will it take the aging out and dying out of the present leadership to make it happen?
