If Philip J. Berg is correct in his twenty page lawsuit, that BHO was actually born in Kenya and brought to Hawaii post-partum, then that “genuine” COLB becomes industrial-grade buttwipe! The $64 Million question becomes: Is there any record in Kenya of BHO’s actual birth there? How sophisticated are their records? Would any record exist of Stanley Dunham departing Kenya either great with child or bearing a newborn in her arms?
I’m assuming that being born in a U.S. military base, even if it is located in a foreign country, is enough to satisfy the Constitution?

Well two things stand out. First, you can bet everything you have two of, that if McCains’ birthplace, in any way, compromised his requirements, the frothing libs would have made major hay of it in spades from here to Mars and back. Second, I seriously doubt that those serving our country in the military would be penalized if they had children on foreign soil while in uniform. That would be stupid, a radical demotivator, and totally senseless.
Afterall, we have at least half of the Washington government trying to GIVE CITIZENSHIP TO ILLEGAL CRIMINAL MEXICANS for NOTHING.

Not only that, but there is also the matter of multi-national citizenship. Does BHO hold citizenship in Indonesia and maybe Kenya, as well as not EVEN holding it in the United States? I hope Philip Berg, et al keep pushing this matter. Their Complaint bears the notation on the front page, “JURY TRIAL DEMANDED.”

The federally approved standard racial nomenclature didn't exist in 1961. That came later.
Those of us who benefit from a sufficiently large time dilation differential factor remember those halcyon days when a man could be any race he wished and to hell with the fascists.
Blacking out the cert number would constitute an alteration, and an alteration invalidates the cert. So why should anyone accept it?
Like you, I am not satisfied. Besides, even if this thing were real, why should we be asked to settle for an abbreviated substitute? He should release his original birth certificate, not a COLB, because at this point it is hard to see any interpretation other than he is hiding something.

You haven’t heard his sister angrily denouncing the situation concerning that COLB, have you? Nope. She’s being very quiet.
She’s teaching at a university in Hawaii. Is she teaching with a green card, or is she a naturalized citizen, or is she considered a U.S. citizen because she has a COLB?
I’m just asking questions as Senator Obama seems determined not to provide information on his past, and refuses to answer questions regarding his birth. Grandma Dunham in Hawaii knows, and she’s not talking; Grandma Obama in Kenya knows, and she won’t shut up - so take your choice!
At the time that McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, it was in fact part of the USA. Just as those now born in DC, PR, VI are natural born citizens, and Just as those born in Alaska and Hawaii before they were states are natural born citizens, so McCain is also.
Indonesia might have some claim on her, but that's Indonesia's business isn't it.
However, she'd have to report the birth of her daughter to Hawaii state government at the time, so I suppose there's that information in the civil records.
If the folks are correct about Obama being born in Kenya (or Canada) (both have that "kkk" sound eh) then her mother was well-versed in what she had to do to get her daughter's birth as an American citizen registered in Hawaii.
Makes me suspect she can't tell the difference. I do hope you can.

Actually, 5 of the 6 human races came from Africa, including caucasians. The only one that did not is asian.
Senator Barack Obama would be of negro and caucasian races. His father would be negro and his mother caucasian.
I have no idea why someone would screw-up and put down African except that it is a forgery and the person doing the forgery was ignorant of race specifics.
If you are born to an American abroad who lived many years of adult life in the USA, you are a natural-born American. It doesn’t matter if it’s on a military base or not.

From what I understand, the second white wife had children in Kenya who grew up there and their grandmother would certainly know them from the “American” grandson who came to visit later.
One thing for certain: Senator Obama could clear this up in a heartbeat. But he is not forthcoming with information about himself that could clarify this situation. That is all many Democrats are asking. Refusing to do so, or just plain ignoring the questions, adds to the frustration of those Democrats who don’t want to see the truth come out AFTER the convention. They want to be back in power and back in the White House.
I want to see a Republican remaining in control of the White House.
Questions about McCain’s eligibility to be President tend to make me nervous because Democrats, in control of some states, would not hesitate to throw his name off the ballot this November. By the time the courts get done with handling it the election would be over.
McCain has been straightforward in presenting his birth certificate. Obama should do the same, and I don’t mean that “peculiar” COLB, either.
