FINALLY!!!!!

Been waiting for a Pubbie immigration lawyer to do precisely this.

My hope, however, is that he researched the — er — political bent of the venue and the court isn’t lousy with Democrat judges who will find some crap excuse for kicking it to the curb.

We’ll see...

I think using Wikipedia as a source might be a little problematic.

Ugh!

This guy is a Democrat and Hillary Supporter. He's a political activist, along with having held posts with the Dem party in Pa. He's a player in 911fortheTruth.com.

Freepers have speculated that the reason Hillary's brother and some of her people met with McCain people yesterday, was to give them a heads-up about this suit.

I've speculated that perhaps the Riady's of The Lippo Group in Indonesia are still helping the Clintons out. They'd be in a good position to get poop on Obama's records in Indonesia.

I did a review of the judges on that court. 5 were appointed by GHWB, 5 by Slick, and 10 by W.

That doesn’t necessariy mean the judges follow the political philosophy of the president who appointed him/her. The recommendations for nominations often come thru the bar and reflect its biases more than the POTUS.
