Hoyt released a statement: "I've reconciled with my family, and I'm pleased to report I am happily married. No rules were broken. No laws were broken. I broke my marriage vows," he declared.

Good grief. He sure learned well from the Bill Clinton Playbook (although Bill did break laws with his perjury).

Wait a minute... why was Mark Foley national news but not this? In fact, Foley didn’t actually have an affair with any of the interns, unlike this guy. The media bias just gets more and more blatant, doesn’t it?

Well, it depends how old she was when this little affair started.

Not sure of NY laws, but I think that there is a law against using your position to demand sexual favors of an employee.

Official oppression? There certainly is a rule about it in virtually every government body I have worked with.

""I've reconciled with my family, and I'm pleased to report I am happily married."

Does that mean he wasn't happily married before? I wonder if his wife knew prior to this story breaking, and it will be interesting to see if any more of his dalliances come forward now.

“”I’ve reconciled with my family,”

I bought my wife some expensive jewelry, to shut her up.

” and I’m pleased to report I am happily married.”

My wife already knew anyway.

“No rules were broken. No laws were broken.”

In this particular case. That’s why I’m going public.

” I broke my marriage vows,” he declared.”

And it was just once. Don’t believe that junk about my other teen intern groupies.

I hold the sanctity of marriage the same as the sanctity of political office.

Sorry, gotta go. I’m getting EM’s from ‘Candy’.
