Most people don’t care because they’re conditioned to believe that someone else’s abortion won’t affect them, until you remind them that they’re paying for those abortions with their tax dollars.
Most people folks don't take spiritual matters seriously either. According to the Bible, the Jews once sacrificed their own children in religious rituals.
Jeremiah 32:35 “And they built the high places of Baal, which [are] in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through [the fire] to Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.”
Child sacrifice was one of the sins that caused God to punish the Jews. Most likely many Jews didn't participate in the sacrifices, but the entire society paid the price. Now if God is just, how can He let us get away with doing the same things or worse?
We sacrifice our unborn for something must less than the appeasement of Moloch. We kill them for personal convenience.
