To inform you on this point, the author Michael Tomasky is an American — a native of West Virginia who now lives in New York. So he’s an American America-hater.

McCain is worse than Bush and Cheney? Wow, how can that be? I thought they were worse than Satan.

“But even given that, the political analyst part of my brain can put all that aside”

Next sentence;

“John McCain is a jerk. Alternately a bully and a whiner, and a bald-faced liar to perhaps a greater degree than even George Bush and Dick Cheney, McCain is running a stupid and mephitic campaign that insults even Americans of average intelligence virtually every day...”

What an idiot...

So John McCain is a liar and flip-flopper, while the Obamessiah...The left has succeeded in trampling on our rights and freedom, in fashioning laws which could only make sense in a Picasso sketch and in the destruction of an entire race for the purpose of cementing its power by securing votes. Given the standard prevailing lunacy of its representatives—as evidenced in this silly article— only a lazy, careless and brain-dead populace could have allowed itself to be so ill used. We should be ashamed of permitting these thugs to be in charge of our nation.

McCain missed one great opportunity when they asked him what the moral failing of America is and that was to say... Abortions.

But he did do well in recognizing his own failings...his first marriage.

Nevertheless, it was a good showing with McCain coming out on top of Obama. However, Obama is learning quickly and McCain's campaign will have to work on prepping McCain better with regard to questions to ask Obama that he isn't ready for. Obama can't think...on or off his feet, but he can be fed his lines from his handlers and he will respond by putting them back out there most of the time with regularity. What McCain needs to do is to get him into a situation where Obama starts to run into himself as he did with Hillary on their final debate.

By the time he gets out from under the Clinton's in Denver next week he'll need another vacation. The problem that McCain has is money, and the solution is Mitt Romney. Not only can Romney raise money, but he can spend as much of his sizable fortune as he wants to under the campaign finance laws to get himself and McCain elected. Let's hope that McCain makes the right choice and takes Mitt. If he takes Lieberman he takes a national Democrat loser and splits the party apart. If he takes Tom Ridge he looses the abortion issue, the evangelicals, and most importantly he will be putting the mantle of the Bush/Cheney administration squarely upon himself. Because Ridge was Bush's first Homeland Security Director he brings the war and the years he served Bush with him, he can't escape that and neither will McCain be able to. The leftist will be able to convincingly say that it is four more years of Bush.

I LOVE the smell of Leftists' brains burning in the morning! It smells like... victory!

McCain has been running a lot of ads here during the Olympics. They look very effective to me.

It looks as though the left’s talent for vituperative “commentary” (LOL) outshines their ability to calmly reason yet again.

England has already been thrown under the bus by it’s own liberal politicians and liberal citizens. And now they want to try bring the US to their level. McCain may not be the best candidate, but he is the only candidate in this race that is fit to hold the office of President of The United States. So let’s all show this socialist pig from across the pond our middle finger on our right hand and tell him what he can do with it. Keep your slimy comments in the UK. And by the way if the UK likes obamaboy so much let’s send him and supermad girl over there. Maybe they can all hate America together.

Exactly. The libs are starting to get buyer's remorse, because it's becoming more and more obvious how deep in over his head Obama is. They made a terrible choice.

Looks like showing just how inept Obama is realy struck a nerve with this guy.

I did think it funny that he called Republicans an “affliction” considering that I think that liberalism is a form of mental retardation.

OMG - I should have named GW !!!!!!!!! Bad Sod.

Haven’t we all wished *W* would have smacked back at his critics with some of Harry Truman’s blunt talk? I know I have.

We have seen the result of good manners and morals from Bush I & II....falling on deaf dirty ears.

The lefties & MSM water carriers need a taste of their own nasty *in-your-face* head butting. I believe, if McCain is elected POTUS he will not suffer those fools gladly or graciously.

JMHO
