I’ve heard stories of entire neighborhoods in which the least expensive house is several million dollars which smell exactly like seal ****. The laws won’t allow anybody to touch seals OR white sharks, and the later have the former penned into the beaches and won’t allow them out into the ocean to use the restroom. Who’d want to live in such a place??
The smell of seal **** is nothing next to the smell of bum urine, which is much more prevalent.
Basically every home in SF is a million dollars.
