Have you seen the new cops coming out of two year community colleges dressed in their ninja suits lately? It’s going to be a rocky few decades to come regarding local LEO’s. I feel bad for the good ones. Their numbers are becoming too few. Hpefully the trend reverses sooner than later.
This trend might head the other way after a few dozen of them start meeting a bullet with their forehead as they come through the door way behind that battering ram.
Short of that, I don't see much in our culture to turn anything around.
