What makes you think that Obambi DEFINITELY won't make WORSE picks than McCain?
I never said he would make better picks than McCain, I did point out that you think McCain will pick conservatives, I don't. I think with McCain we will get liberal judge candidtates. There is nothing in my question to lead you to believe that I thought Obamaosama picks would be better than McCains.
I think the main difference between the two would be the degree of liberalism the judge candidates are infected with, but they will both pick liberals, and these judges will be bad for America.
McCain is a centrist at best and more left than right and he has poor judgement. He won't think the people he nominates will hurt America but they will.
He will pick liberal judge candidates because he sees himself as a Maverick who goes against the established conservative thinking in "order to reach across the aisle". Yes, he is still infected with that nonsense.
I will vote for McCain, not because I think he is good for America but because he is better for America than Obamaosama, he is none the less still bad for America, and I don't expect any decent judge candidates from him, IMO.
