I detest hardcore extremists (your words not mine) in any clothing. And wrapping yourself in the American flag...claiming the high ground...won't wash.

You are wrong. It is ok to poke extremists with sharp sticks to get their attrntion. Extremists will never prevail and must be encouraged to see reason in order to make them relevent in a presidential election.
