WASHINGTON - John McCain's campaign said Thursday it is returning $50,000 in contributions solicited by a foreign citizen. The move follows the disclosure that the money was being raised by a Jordanian man who is a business partner of prominent Florida Republican Harry Sargeant III, who has collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for McCain.

Obama... it is your turn. Return all the money you got from the T shirt sales outside of the country... it is illegal campaign donations and you know it...

John McCain's campaign said Thursday it is returning $50,000 in contributions solicited by a foreign citizen...I think they mean "contributed by a foreign citizen". Otherwise, why wouldn't the foreign citizen have to return it to McCain?

“But McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said some of the people solicited by Abu Naba’a had NO INTENTION OF SUPPORTING McCain for president.”
Well, DUH!
There ought to be a more efficient system at the McCain campaign than what is currently in place to identify suspicious contributions.
Muslims, the Obama campaign, and supporters will try anything to embarass Sen. McCain.

Incredible. Not a peep in the whole article about The One bundling in the Gaza Strip and claiming it was ‘Georgia’...
But they had space to mention the Beast and Guiliani. The bias is palpable!

You would think that, but McCain's campaign has been stumbling along (or bumbling) along since day 1. I don't know who exactly is running his campaign, but they shoulda been fired long ago.
It has been an entertaining show, seeing him all but finished, to come back and win the GOP nomination, only to turn around and hand November over to Obama.
I don't think I've ever seen a Republican so intent on losing.
