Videocassettes? In the age of DVD?
"Family" photos?
information about "guns".
And a copy of a fictional book that students are sometimes required to read.
Reminds me of the disclosure that a "cyanide poisoning document" was seized in the FLDS raid.
Reminiscent of the plague novel Hatfill wrote which was leaked as if it were a sign of his guilt.
This is a selective leak itself of a document, by a postal inspector,
Not the FBI in front of reporters.
Where’s the gun and vest Duley said Ivins bought? Was he crazy back in 2001? Is he paranoid because in an email months ago he told a friend he suspected his “theripist” was informing on him to the FBI? Can it be paranoid because now we know it’s true?
This one is reasonable. He probably had La Peste (1992) which is only available on VHS, all others versions of "The Plague" are 2006 and later, post-9/11.
La Peste (1992) - VHS Release Date: October 19, 1994
BTW, didn't see this article posted on FR : Witness in Ivins Investigation Has Police Record
Jean Duley, the "witness", has an interesting police record, to say the least. Oh, and gotta love this :
Lawyer Mary Drawbaugh of Frederick, Md., who represents Ms. Duley, said that under Maryland law "you can't use a prior violation such as driving under the influence to impeach somebody or attack their ability to tell the truth." She added: "I'm sure somebody will try to make it seem something that it's not."
FBI/DOJ must really want this case closed pronto, if they go through all these excruciatingly incongruent "reasons" and "explanations" and "witnesses", just like they did with Hatfill. Wonder if they disclosed or are planning on disclosing when and on what basis (i.e., tip or as a result of exclusion/inclusion research etc.) they started to suspect Ivins, as well as Hatfill - could be interesting correlation.
