I HOPE IT INVOLVES A ROPE.......THAT’S HOPE I CAN BELIEVE IN FOR A CHANGE.................
GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba (Reuters) - A jury of U.S. military officers reached a verdict on Wednesday in the trial of Osama bin Laden’s driver, who is accused of conspiring with al Qaeda and providing material support for terrorism in the first U.S. war crimes trial since World War Two.
A spokesman said the verdict would be announced shortly in the case of Yemeni driver Salim Hamdan, who faces life in prison if convicted.
Ooops- forgot to put this in BREAKING- will you fix it please?
Isn’t this all a moot point since the the judge practically admitted that he erred in his instructions to the jury? If this piece of filth is found guilty there’s certain to be an appeal. Probably should be a mistrial.
Thank GOD. GUILTY!!!
Just ducky - three hots and a cot for the rest of his natural life in the Marriot of his choice.
At your expense.
I hate this country.
GUILTY!
"Of course, he's guilty. This is Bushhitler's conga room court, where they admit evidence gathered through torture and tell the "jury" (which included three people proven to have known Haliburton employess, and a guy who sells rigged electronic voting machines) the verdict before they start debilitating. I'm expecting President Obama (all blessings be upon him) to pardon these poor men dragged from their countries, and try, convict, torture, and hang Bushchimp and Cheney and Condoleeza Aunt Tom Rice, and the rightwing propagandists at Faux News, CNN and the New York Times..."
from my reading it’ll be only life in prison ?
He has brown skin and a minority religion - he’s obviously been shafted by the evil white, racist, sexist, homophobic system!
Osama bin Laden’s former driver, Salim Hamdan, is convicted of some charges but cleared of others by a military jury at Guantanamo Bay. The convictions could send him to prison for life.
Guilty.
sterilize the needle
The lefties are already crying that this was a kangaroo court carrying out Bush`s orders. Then again, if this had been a civilian court, they would be saying the same thing. To them, all of al-Qaeda is innocent.
