Dems Select Failed Delegate Candidate To Be Future Failed Congressional Candidate

According to VJP, Dems have selected failed '07 HoD candidate Bill Day to be their failed '08 congressional candidate against U.S. Rep. Rob Wittman. Given how spectacularly he failed in his race against Del. Scott Lingamfelter last year, we're looking forward to an equally degrading showing from him this year!

Now, back in '07, Greg L. over at BVBL did a bang-up job detailing Bill Day's "qualifications" such as they were. Let's travel back and look at Day's '07 campaign --

Called for eliminating the U.S Border Patrol -- oh, that'll go over real well in the 1st Dist.!!!

And if the Dems' thought they had problems with their last candidate in the 1st Dist. and his business problems, they're not doing much better with this choice --

It was also divulged during Wednesday evening’s debate that Day, who touts himself as a businessman of 40 years and a licensed counselor in Warrenton is… well… neither. His business license with the town of Warrenton and his license to practice as a counselor through the Commonwealth of VA are both expired. Also, the State Corporation Commission has no record of his two business partnerships that he cites on his Statement of Economic Interest filed with the Clerk of the House of Delegates.
Looks like he also has some issues with hunting without a license:
Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries has no record of him holding a hunting license in the last 18 months. Day responded that he doesn’t need one because he is a fox hunter… unfortunately for Mr. Day, the Virginia code requires a license for this activity, cited in section 29.1-300 and 29.1-335 of the Virginia State Code.
I certainly hope that the VoteDay.org website is updated for his congressional campaign!!!

Ok, I know where he stands against ILLEGALS. I wonder if he knows what the BORDER is!!

Maybe he is a businessman - providing ILLEGALS with under the table wages. Maybe it is an all CASH business.
