Women have more votes and more money than men, yet they continue to claim to be the "victim", even while they have rigged the legal system against men.
It can get even worse. Some of these “Wal Mart Divas” go through boyfriends very quickly. Once in a while, after the boyfriend dumps them because they are whackos, the women convince their little children to go tell a relative “mommy’s boyfriend touched me bad.” And the whole child molest machinery comes down on the guy, and he has no chance.
I detest child molesters and the ones who do these things deserve everything bad that ever happens to them. But to the innocent, once the allegation is made, their lives are ruined forever.
Let me guess; they use the same brand of tin foil for head gear?
The real question is, why is Judge Sanchez still on the bench?
Administrative, or Judicial, Tyranny is an apt description for this state of affairs. Not to mention perverse.

I managed to get the bogus OP my wife swore out against me quashed and vacated in 48 hours because I had meticulously documented everything including her unlawful interference with my visitation.
My attorney specifically asked the Judge to forward the rock solid evidence of Perjury by my ex to the DA with a referral for prosecution.
He declined to do so because of her 'obvious mental issues'. Of course that made absolutely no difference when I asked for custody of my son.
We had to wait for her to die to get that...

These injunctions provide NO protection against really dangerous people. They are ONLY effective in hurting the innocent.

Yep. Ex next door neighbors. She was a drunk, a slut and nuts. She'd start fights, then call the cops and he'd go off to jail. His gun was seized during the first call to the PD, never to own one again.
Annnnnd because of his record as 'an abuser', when she decided one night to bring home a junkie and screw him all night/day long, then when the guy (hubby) got home from work and was locked out of the bedroom KNOWING a guy was in there - he again went off to jail when she called the cops, and THEN he lost everything in divorce court.
She became a junkie too thanks to her 'boyfriend'. Died about 5 years ago.
