Yeah, I hope they do come back on monday, but even if they don't for one brief shining moment we saw republicans acting like conservatives for the first time in years. It was truly a great day and they did a good thing. I know many criticize them for leaving but they could hardly stay without food, they would have been locked in. Nancy deserves jail time for her stunt of turning off the lights and camera feed, this didn't use to ever be done if even one rep wanted to stay and go on record.
One thing she couldn't shut off and wasn't mentioned by many, if at all, was the fact the recorders still work and every thing they said went into the congressional record, kind of makes you warm all over to think about that huh?:)

as a practical matter neither party in congress ought to be able to yank the video feed; presumably congress voted on whether to allow broadcast of the peoples business and the taxpayers should have access whether via internet or cable or however on a constant basis, even when not in session.
