Ok, this is a great link, these didn’t give up and some of the FReepers were saying today on the live thread, they are still out there hammering. Some of the press are upset, you can tell by their idiotic questions, but that means the republicans are hurting the dems bad on this issue. I was disapointed that they didn’t mention all the people who called in today:) However they are saying they are going back to the floor, did they?

Agree 100 percent, but, on the video they did say they were going back to the floor. Even if they don’t I am all for what they did and applaud them for it. It makes me proud of them again. Wish more of the Senate would show some guts.

I heard Mike Pence say today on the Mark Levin show that were going to go back to the House every day until there was a solution (the Dems come back from vacation and vote in a bill that will allow US to get our own oil!)

I vote for special session - and keep them locked in until they vote. Do it right after Labor Day so that they don’t have time to campaign.
It is so gratifying to see our side have the courage to stand up for something! When our guys are arguing the reasons to drill now and drill here, they continue to hammer home the “price” issue and the “hardship” issue. I wish they would also talk about the fact that we are sending billions, maybe trillions, to countries who could care less about our welfare.
