Tell me about it. One step down from this in rural Vermont and we would be talking with tin cans and strings between houses. The left libs in the Vermont cities all have fast ISPs.
Nice and quiet out here in the country though. I get to target shoot right off my back doorstep! But how I do long for broad-band.
