Blind leading the blind. How about a 30% across the board tax cut and watch the revenues rise, the business and producers return to the state.

I doubt it though. Raising taxes will be the most obvious action.
NY has NY City, and the rest of the State. NYC and Wall Street maybe can afford the expensive mandates from Albany, the bloated Gov’t sanctioned Public-sector Unions at every turn, over-regulation and useless regulation (they are now debating it trans-fats should be allowed), but the rest of the state can not, and is slowly turning into Appalachia.
