Yeah, I understand - people these days know better than God. I see it all the time.
Tell me, how can someone write, in detail, about an event that was to occur hundreds or thousands of years from the time of the writing? Perhaps it wasn’t “written by a man”?
(Both the dating of the writing and the event written about are historically verified with more supporting evidence than most other “historical facts” that people accept, so don’t go there.)
Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22 are just some examples.
By the way - how is society “progressing” since you folks figured out you’re smarter than God?
