If you do not have an IQ over 80 you will not grasp any of that. Stupid people of all races tend to vote Democrat because they know who hands out the 'Free Cheese'. It is not difficult to escape poverty but you need to be intelligent enough to see what isn't working out, or at least have people guiding you who are acting in your best interest.
