Do you have a link to the article in which McCain said he opposed this bill? McCain told La Raza that he supported a bail-out. Did he change his mind after that?

McCain should have shown up to have his name registered with those 13 Republicans who voted against it. That would have helped his credibility with fiscal conservatives.
